A Quality Inspector is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Everett, WA area. This is a critical Quality Inspector role in an aviation manufacturing environment, focused on ensuring 100% quality across (ALCI) products through mechanical, cosmetic, and (FAI) inspections, meticulous documentation, and knowledge of core Quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).

responsibilities:
- Support the company's sustaining business for the Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Integrations (ALCI) value stream.
- Ensure production and quality procedures are meticulously followed.
- Ensure 100% quality for the company's customers.
- Conduct all Quality Inspection and coordination activities conforming to company and H&S(Health and Safety) procedures.
- Key responsibilities include Mechanical and Cosmetic inspection.
- Provide Quality control activities, including new product introduction.
- Provide inspection services for incoming goods, returns, and assembly.
- Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership.
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Solid inspection experience gained in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Must be technically competent and able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Possess Attention to Detail and maintain precision while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- strong Communication Skills (good verbal, written, and numerical skills) are essential.
- Familiarity with Quality disciplines including 8D reporting, 5 Whys, and the completion of corrective action reports is essential.
