responsibilities:
- Real Estate Delivery: Oversee the delivery and pre-positioning of real estate assets designated for data center construction
- Utility Coordination: Ensure end-to-end coordinated delivery of all critical water and/or wastewater utility improvements necessary for new data center development
- Infrastructure Management: Drive cross functional delivery in the due diligence, review, and design of all supporting water and wastewater projects
- Strategic Support: Contribute to the overall strategy development, execution, and site planning of various infrastructure projects
- Advanced knowledge of water and wastewater design
- Knowledge of a broad range of Commercial Real Estate aspects including acquisition processes, design, and construction
- 10+ years of experience
