In this role you will maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment and facility systems while ensuring safety, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to maximize reliability and performance.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in CNC machine and facility maintenance. Must have mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills, be able to read schematics and technical manuals, and use hand and power tools.

responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on CNC and manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues quickly and accurately.
- Maintain and optimize facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
- Ensure safety and compliance by following OSHA guidelines and promoting a safety culture.
- Use CMMS tools to track maintenance and implement long-term solutions to improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance maintenance processes and overall equipment performance.
