Hourly Pay Base: 20/hr - 30/hr - all hours traveled are paid 2x (possibility of making upwards of 150k!
In this role you will deliver top-performing, user-friendly machines through installation, testing, quality assurance, training, and customer support while building trust and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Required to have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics, using correct technical terminology. Experience or training with PCs, Servos, PLCs, and machine controls is required. High School Diploma required/ Associates is a plus! 3 years of Field service experience!

- Ensure machines are top-performing and user-friendly.
- Conduct high-quality training and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Support new machine and retrofit builds, including installation, testing, and assembly.
- Perform quality assurance and audits on machines and assemblies.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers.
- Troubleshoot field issues independently and identify retrofit opportunities.
- Build trust and maintain customer relationships, representing company values.
