We are searching for an Electrical Support Engineer in Wichita, KS to work for an industry leading company. This role will will provide engineering and technical support in the design and development of new avionics and related products.
Relocation assistance is provided for nonlocal candidates.

responsibilities:
- Design layout of printed circuit board files from electrical schematic information, including: Coordination of mechanical and electrical requirements to meet product definition; Library creation and maintenance of components and associated symbology; Complete documentation of the design in the required formats
- Complete engineering activities related to the procurement, build, and troubleshooting of circuit board designs and their interfaces
- Support production facilities in the manufacture and testing of products
- Complete component package evaluation and qualification including research, selection, testing, and documentation
- Develop PCB Layout standards, practices, and guidelines in accordance with internal requirements, industry standards, and external manufacturability specifications

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
