Our client, a leader in the Electronic Manufacturing Services is looking for a project coordinator at their Milpitas, CA location. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in project coordination, project administration, or a technical support capacity. Internship experience are encouraged to apply. An associates degree is required.

responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Assist the Project Manager by managing Action Trackers and project documentation to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external customers, providing status updates and facilitating communication with the technical team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with technical teams to gather updates and ensure all project goals remain aligned.
- Technical Knowledge: Develop a basic technical understanding of the product and project scope to effectively manage communication.
- Program Administration: Handle administrative and onboarding tasks necessary for the initiation and sustainment of new customer programs.
