Drive market expansion and own the sales cycle for a premier global manufacturer of high-precision CNC machine tools. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role where you report directly to the Sales Director, tasked with providing innovative machinery and technical solutions to key industrial clients across the designated territory in Texas.
This is an elite, commission-eligible sales position designed for an experienced business developer ready to travel extensively.
We are seeking a proactive, proven sales leader who can achieve annual targets by bringing:
B2B Sales Experience (2-5 Years Minimum): Proven success in B2B Business Development and direct sales, with a track record of building and retaining high-value customer relationships.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree combined with 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.

responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Relationship Management: Drive the sale of high-precision CNC products, build sustainable customer relationships, and provide expert technical sales support.
Territory Engagement & Outreach: Proactively visit customer facilities, maintaining a target of at least 25 customer visits per week to assess needs and resolve outstanding issues.
Proposal & Solution Development: Collaborate with Application Engineers to assess equipment needs and develop, present, and respond to comprehensive sales proposals and innovative solutions.
Goal Planning & Reporting: Develop strategic and tactical plans to accomplish yearly sales goals, ensuring timely submission of weekly Territory Planning and MIS reports.
Global Collaboration: Partner with engineering staff for local demonstrations and travel semi-annually to international OEM factories (Japan, Germany, Italy, and China).
