Our client an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Structural Engineering team. This role is critical for the design, management, and successful delivery of large-scale commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience operating within a structural engineering consulting environment. Furthermore, the position requires a proven track record, including at least 3 years of direct project management experience overseeing structural projects from initial concept through completion. The qualified candidate must be experienced in working on the design and delivery of major commercial structures, such as office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and other complex projects, typically with construction costs starting at $25 million and up. This individual is expected to be a self-motivated project manager with a high energy level, capable of thriving within a team environment while serving diverse clients nationally and internationally. Technical specialization, along with a proactive and assertive approach to meeting client and project demands, are considered significant advantages.

responsibilities:
- Manage structural projects, working on the design and delivery of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.
- Work within a capable team environment, serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally.
- Serve clients including architects, developers, institutions, and contractors.
- Demonstrate a capable "can-do" customer service attitude.
- Proactivity and aggressiveness when meeting client and project needs are a plus.
- 15+ years' experience in relevant commercial building design within healthcare, aviation, sport, higher education, municipal, or public assembly.
- Demonstrated career growth that includes 3+ years of project management of structural, enclosures, or parking structure projects.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural or architecture.
- Ability to obtain P.E. or AIA licensure within 6 months. P.E. in the candidate's residing state or AIA license is preferred.
- S.E. License is a plus.
- Candidates must be proactive, have capable organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service oriented.
- The qualified candidate should possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated project manager.
