A Manufacturing Engineer is needed for an American multinational consumer goods corporation that produces many popular Beauty, Home Care, and Family care brands in the Green Bay, WI area. This is a Manufacturing Engineering role, requiring deep technical expertise in Classic Tissue Converting equipment (Core Machine, Embosser Laminator, Winder) to evaluate, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve plant production processes, efficiency, and safety.

responsibilities:
- Evaluates existing manufacturing processes and identifies areas for improvement.
- Inspects and maintains the performance of all mechanical equipment in the manufacturing process at a plant.
- Determines problems creating production issues and finds/implements solutions.
- Performs cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes.
- Develops detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
- Researches and develops new processes, equipment, and products.
- Develops and implements cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Ensures manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Maintains research and activity documentation and prepares reports.
- Familiar with technically accurate setup, including CPE and Centerlines.
- Ability to identify equipment defects and drive resolution.
- strong troubleshooting and loss elimination thought process.
- Ability to train others (classroom or hands-on).
- Ability to meet converting essential functions.
- Familiarity with ECR's (Engineering Change Requests) and ability to recommend them linked with losses.
