This role serves as the central liaison, connecting sales, manufacturing, logistics, and installation to ensure seamless project execution. responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project workflow process from inception to completion, including planning, pre-sale, post-sale processing, manufacturing coordination, shipping, installation, and final commissioning.
- Prepare and verify detailed specifications, pricing, quotes, and budget estimates. Obtain and process Purchase Orders (POs) to officially launch projects.
- Coordinate the efficient arrival of product in port and synchronize on-site delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Field Sales team, providing critical information and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including contractors, specifiers, engineers, and vendors, as well as the internal sales team and customers.
- Facilitate discussions with managers regarding customer responses to improve the overall sales and project process.
- Spanish bilingual Fluency is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a technical field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical customer support, sales coordination, or project administration role.
- Detailed, organized, and results-driven with the ability to solve problems and manage complex problems.
- General Understanding of Electrical and Structural Concepts is preferred.
- Depending on the region supported, regular hours may be outside of the traditional 8-5
- Could be potential for international travel
- Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be needed
