responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Support: Provide technical and process expertise to the manufacturing team to meet production goals, quality standards, and compliance with Illumina Quality Systems.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production data, identify process discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Quality & Compliance: Support the validated state, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on quality systems (MES, eDHR), and contribute to manufacturing audit and corrective action programs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain essential Quality Documents, including procedures, work instructions, and validation reports.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve product non-conformances, including testing next-generation DNA sequencing instrumentation and maintaining failure reports.
