We're seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and logical thinker to join our clients engineering team in a uniquely dynamic support role. The role is located in Murfreesboro TN. This position is designed to work directly alongside our lead systems engineer, functioning as his primary support in HVAC system programming while gaining deep, hands-on familiarity with every aspect of our equipment and engineering processes. Salary for this role will be based on experience.

responsibilities:
What You'll Do
You'll build expertise across the full lifecycle of our HVAC products, including both new designs and legacy systems. Your work will include:
- HVAC system program design and implementation
Supporting both new product development and revisions to existing programs. - Engineering support for testing and final quality control
Assisting with run-testing equipment and verifying system readiness. - Engineering support for the service department
Helping troubleshoot issues for internal teams and external customers. - On-site startup support
Traveling to customer locations to assist with equipment commissioning. - System performance and safety certification
Participating in performance validation and safety compliance processes. - Manufacturing and industrial engineering
Contributing to production planning and improving production-area efficiency.
