Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services based near Orange, CA. This role is responsible to provide support to operations to ensure efficient communication and compliance throughout the branch.
This is a six (6) month contract assignment with possible extention.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience coordinating operations within a manufacturing company
- Ability to build, modify and manipulate complex spreadsheets and databases
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Oracle database knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree

responsibilities:
- Prepares certified payroll packages
- Reviews booking package for terms and conditions
- Reviews/manages headcount report monthly and manages changes
- Reviewing and analyze branch compliance towards service excellence goals through regular audits
- Support Branch Managers with analyzing, capturing/communicating quarterly sales performance
- Reviews Profit and Loss, budget and other financial reports to monitor performance within the region
