Key qualifications include: Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Business Objects, and Oracle Retail, organizational skills & time management skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Merchandise Planning, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.

responsibilities:
- Develops and communicates item/category assortment plans to improve sales, profitability, and inform future orders.
- Analyzes weekly sales, provides recommendations, and offers business insights to optimize in-season opportunities and minimize liability.
- Ensures on-time product releases by partnering with the Merchandise Assistant and confirms accurate item setup/selling with Location Strategy & Allocation.
- Prepares leadership presentations on program performance, manages planning tasks (RTVs, price changes), and identifies/addresses stock concerns.
- Assists with special projects, supports financial objectives, and identifies opportunities to improve store performance through assortment changes.
