Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services based near Orange, CA. This role is responsible to assist Repair Superintendent with closing repairs and scheduling service.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience coordinating operations or service/parts
- Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Oracle database knowledge

responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, process and document parts requests
- Assist Repair Superintendent with closing repairs and scheduling
- Process Non-Billable Repairs
- Task Repair Technicians to upcoming assigned jobs
- Process Repair payroll
- Act as liaison between the branch operations and regional dispatch.
