A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Huntsville, AL area. This role manages on-site construction of large-scale company's projects in Huntsville, AL, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance while serving as the primary liaison with contractors and partners.

responsibilities:
- Ensures project execution is safe, on schedule, and within budget.
- Assists in the management of Type F Build, network, and retrofit projects.
- Responsible for supporting all scope aspects including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, on-site contractors, connectivity installers, and other stakeholders.
- Drives solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.
- Serves as the point of contact for external partners (GC, Trade Partners, Suppliers).
- Provides input into constructability and assists in project schedule creation and maintenance.
- Escalates key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations Project Management.
- Proven experience managing general contractors and trade partners.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with large-scale project delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably with large-scale projects ($100M+).
