A Construction Manager is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in Livermore, Antioch, Oakland and Richmond, CA (hybrid) areas. This role will be overseeing the construction and commercial performance, requiring extensive travel and expertise in contract management, change management, cost control, safety compliance, QA/QC, and managing third-party contractors and regulatory negotiations.

responsibilities:
- Works directly within the program as part of the client's organization.
- Responsible for overseeing the construction management and commercial performance of projects.
- Ensures projects meet goals and objectives.
- Experienced in building and/or commercial construction management.
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders/contractors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects (small real estate improvements to large complex projects).
- Experience in reporting to Program Managers and Company executives.
- Ensures projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Represents the client in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Requires typically 15+ years of experience in field construction.
- Experience in construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects preferred.
