Seeking a RF Test Engineer for a high growth defense contractor in the Huntsville, AL area.
The RF Test Engineer would be responsible for developing next-generation military autonomy and Radar seeker technology. Responsibilities span the entire engineering product life cycle, from IRAD/CRAD prototypes to full-rate production (R&D, EMD, LRIP). You will actively collaborate with team leaders to integrate lessons learned, engineering changes, and Agile feedback to drive continuous improvement in capabilities and processes.

- Support technology maturation across the full spectrum: Strategic Initiatives, R&D prototypes (IRAD/CRAD), EMD, LRIP, and full-rate production systems.
- Collaborate with engineering staff and leaders to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
- Responsible for incorporating engineering changes, lessons learned, insights, and Agile retrospectives for continuous product and process improvement.
