We're seeking a Field Application Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area to join a rapidly growing ODM in the interconnect industry. We're looking for someone with a minimum of an Electrical Engineering Degree or a Mechanical Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited bachelor's program and 1 year of experience in power distribution.
This position will be customer facing, solving complex technical issues, enhancing product quality & strategy within the fast-moving AI/Data Center industry.
Will liaise with Asian manufacturing and must be proficient in Mandarin.

- Drive sales growth by acting as a trusted technical advisor, building relationships with key engineering and sourcing stakeholders at industry-leading companies.
- Serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, presenting our client's advanced interconnect solutions and designing custom configurations that solve complex customer challenges.
- Travel domestic and international up to 25%
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with the China-based team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in customer-facing technical or sales roles.
- Power distribution experience
