We are seeking a seasoned and exceptionally skilled Construction Electrical Superintendent to lead all electrical construction efforts for our multi-megawatt, hyper-scale Data Center projects. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the safe, timely, and quality delivery of complex, redundant electrical infrastructure, ranging from utility high-voltage terminations down through the low-voltage IT distribution. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical mastery of medium and high voltage gear, superior project coordination skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of critical uptime and redundancy (Tier III/IV).
Preferred
Expertise in specialized Data Center low-voltage systems (e.g., BMS/EPMS integration, SCADA, fire suppression interface).
Experience overseeing specialized electrical testing procedures (e.g., NETA testing).
Familiarity with construction management software like Procore and advanced BIM coordination tools.

Key Responsibilities
1. Mission-Critical Project Execution (MV/HV Focus)
High-Voltage Oversight: Directly manage the installation, quality checks, and preparation for testing of all medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) equipment, including utility connections, switchgear, paralleling gear, step-up/step-down transformers, and large-scale generators.
Redundancy Management: Ensure all electrical installations adhere strictly to the project's required redundancy topology (e.g., N+1, 2N, 2N+1). Validate and document that all critical power paths are properly segregated and protected according to design.
Coordination & Integration: Serve as the electrical lead in coordinating work sequences with the General Contractor, utility providers, and specialized vendors (e.g., UPS, SCADA, Fire Alarm). Lead the complex integration planning between electrical and mechanical systems.
Quality Control & Testing Preparation: Oversee the execution of all Pre-Functional Checks (PFCs) and detailed quality control inspections required prior to formal startup and testing. Ensure readiness for vendor testing and formal commissioning.
Drawing & Compliance: Master the project's electrical Single-Line Diagram (SLD) and maintain stringent quality control, ensuring installations comply with NEC, NFPA, and all local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for critical facilities.
2. Safety and Quality Assurance (QA/QC)
Electrical Safety: Champion an uncompromising safety culture, focusing specifically on arc flash safety, high-voltage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and NFPA 70E compliance. Conduct rigorous daily safety and quality audits.
Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC): Implement and manage a comprehensive QA/QC program for all electrical installations, with specific emphasis on MV/HV connections, bus duct installation, grounding systems, and cable termination quality.
Documentation & Closeout: Oversee all final construction documentation, including accurate red-line/as-built drawings and comprehensive installation records. Manage the efficient completion of the electrical punch list and formal system handover to the owner.
3. Team Leadership and Schedule Management
Crew Management: Supervise and mentor a large on-site team of electrical foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, ensuring high levels of productivity, technical accuracy, and adherence to the schedule.
Schedule Ownership: Hold full accountability for the electrical schedule. Identify and mitigate schedule risks, manage manpower loading, and drive the project to key milestones (e.g., energization, server floor handovers).
