A Logistics Service Provider Lead is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation. Remote work. This is a Logistics Service Provider Lead role in express parcel distribution, focusing on developing, sourcing, and managing global express carriers and contracts (SOWs) for Reality Labs' product lifecycle (prototype to reverse).

responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, driving, and executing within the parcel distribution category for Reality Labs.
- Focused specifically on express carriers.
- Goal is to build a world-class logistics network for breakthrough technology.
- Collaborates closely with Logistics Operations, Network Design, Application Management, and Solution Leads.
- Scope covers prototype, mass production, and reverse logistics.
- Ensures lowest total landed costs while maintaining superior service.
- Leads sourcing and ongoing carrier management for express carrier services.
- Champions customer promise performance and continuous improvement.
- Develops and manages relationships with existing global express carriers.
- Implements a carrier performance framework and conducts periodic carrier business reviews.
- Establishes carrier selection criteria, evaluates, and manages the selection process.
- Experience operating in an e-commerce environment and networks.
- strong leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of management.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and prioritizing multiple workstreams.
