We're seeking a Controls Engineer for a Material Handling Integrator client in the Orlando, FL area. An average of 30% travel is required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have a 3+ years of PLC programming (Rockwell) and HMI programming (Factory Talk) from scratch and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar engineering degree.
Must also have experience in configuring and commissioning:
- VFD's, Scanners, Scales, MDR, etc.
- Communication Networks using Ethernet
- Electrical and PLC Safety Circuits, experience with Rockwell PLC programming is a major plus.

- Onsite Implementation and testing of projects.
- Works with cross-functional engineering and project management teams to design, specify, implement and commission material handling systems for customers.
