An energy technology company is hiring a Process Control Engineer to lead structural analysis and new nuclear plant projects.This Process Engineer role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 6 years of experience to lead thermal sizing, combustion analysis, and contract execution for utility and industrial boiler projects. This is a 12 months contract.

responsibilities:
- Support the Clean Combustion Parts and Services business by developing tenders and performing detailed technical studies.
- Lead contract execution and develop process solutions for utility and industrial boiler product lines.
- Perform thermal sizing and process assessments for sub-critical and supercritical 2-Pass boilers.
- Conduct combustion and process computations to determine furnace and component performance.
- Design heat transfer surface configurations and select pressure part materials based on fuel types and thermal cycles.
- Evaluate boiler auxiliary equipment and develop steam generator performance guarantees.
- Support plant assessments for fuel conversions, emission reductions, and heat rate improvements.
- Generate material lists and engineering selections to support project team deliverables.
- Ensure all technical data and documentation comply with engineering codes, policies, and procedures.
- Present at technical reviews and act as a mentor for colleagues with less experience.
- Propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex engineering problems and align team consensus.
