This role involves managing a product placement portfolio by monitoring contract compliance, investigating performance gaps, and partnering with sales and finance to remediate non-compliant accounts.

responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of active product placement agreements.
- Monitor customer performance and compliance using a specialized dashboard.
- Communicate compliance data and performance metrics to sales and finance stakeholders.
- Investigate non-compliant agreements to identify specific issues.
- Inform sales teams of available options and strategies for addressing non-compliance.
- Lead sales team members through the contract remediation process.
- Assist with financial collection efforts when necessary to resolve account issues.
