A Logistics Service Provider Lead is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation. Remote work. This role leads the global express carrier strategy for Reality Labs, focusing on sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-performance logistics partnerships to ensure cost-effective and innovative e-commerce delivery from production to the end customer.

responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the parcel distribution strategy for Reality Labs with a focus on global express carriers.
- Manage end-to-end logistics from prototype stages through mass production and reverse logistics.
- Optimize the network for the lowest total landed costs while maintaining superior service levels.
- Lead the sourcing, selection, and ongoing management of express carrier services.
- Implement carrier performance frameworks and conduct periodic business reviews with management.
- Identify and vet new regional, local, and app-based parcel service providers.
- Negotiate complex Agreements and Statements of Work (SOW) including pricing, delivery, and warranty terms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on negotiation strategies and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Drive innovation and growth in parcel distribution by identifying opportunities outside of immediate functional areas.
- Utilize deep knowledge of e-commerce environments and distribution networks.
- Navigate ambiguity and prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Communicate and influence stakeholders and leadership across the entire organization.
- Experience operating in an ecommerce environment and networks.
