This role supports the HazCom team with technical expertise for global hazard communication and chemical hygiene. responsibilities:
- Create, review, and approve safety data sheets
- Support system improvements within safety data sheets software
- Apply domestic and international regulatory requirements
- Ensure that SDS, labels, and label templates adhere to spec changes and regulatory compliance
- Review and authorize new chemical requests
- Implement compliance with importation of new chemicals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain chemical registrations
- 2+ years of HazCom experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- OSHA certification
- Understanding of TSCA
- Medical/dental/vision
