An Analyst is needed for a utility holding company in the Minneapolis, MN area. This role is responsible for planning and writing technical switching procedures to ensure safe, efficient maintenance of the electrical grid while minimizing project delays and costs.

responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate electrical outages for construction and maintenance departments.
- Write detailed distribution switching procedures following strict safety policies.
- Manage high volumes of switch plan requests to ensure timely customer and departmental responses.
- Minimize project delays and construction costs through efficient resource allocation.
- Utilize ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) for grid monitoring and design.
- Work within the Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS) to oversee grid operations.
- Apply electrical theory principles to develop safe and effective switching sequences.
- Communicate technical plans clearly to field crews and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tracking and documentation.
- Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills.
