Seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for multiple facilities. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and cost-effective supply chain within a high-hazard terminal environment. Solid procurement experience in an industrial or terminal setting with warehouse experience is considered a major plus.

responsibilities:
- Manage the RFQ process, evaluate supplier proposals, and independently negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and renewals
- Lead the drafting and lifecycle management of contracts, ensuring they include clear KPIs, safety expectations, and cost-control mechanisms
- Oversee daily purchase order activities, resolve complex billing or delivery issues, and mentor junior procurement staff
- Verify contractor safety documentation, manage insurance requirements, and maintain vendor access lists for site security
