Seeking a strategic QHSSE Director to join the leadership team in Houston, TX. As a key advisor to the CEO, this individual will oversee all safety, security, and environmental programs for the terminal operations, ensuring a world-class culture of excellence and compliance. You will manage complex federal and state requirements, lead environmental programs, direct the Incident Command System and Emergency Response Teams, and coach and inspire personnel at all levels.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal advisor to the Executive Team and CEO on all QHSSE legislation, risk management, and strategic initiatives
- Oversee and maintain all federal and state permits and certifications, including Title V, PSM, RMP, ISO standards, and RC14001
- Direct a regional team of QHSSE professionals and champion safety training and coaching to ensure excellence at all organizational levels
- Manage complex environmental programs, including SPCC, NPDES, and the Integrated Contingency Plan (ICP)
- Direct the Emergency Response Team and Incident Command System to ensure readiness for all environmental or safety incidents
- Act as the regional representative for our company in industry associations such as ILTA, LEPC, and SEACAPS
