A Supply Chain Associate is needed in the Clark, NJ area for one of the world's largest cosmetics company, with activities spanning skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, hair care and hair color. This is a Supply Chain Associate role designed to provide foundational experience in inventory management, forecasting, and process optimization within the beauty industry.

responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day inventory levels, product forecasting, and demand planning activities.
- Execute order management and credit management tasks to ensure seamless product flow.
- Coordinate assembly processes and monitor the physical movement of goods.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with other departments.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline ways of working through technology.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data tracking, reporting, and presentations.
- Support senior executives and team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain high organizational standards while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and escalate supply chain bottlenecks or customer service issues to management.
- Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships
