A Project Controls Coordinator is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas in the Duluth, MN area. This is a Project Controls Coordinator role focused on Total Field Control, where you will manage the daily tracking of labor, equipment, and materials (LEMs) to provide accurate cost forecasting, variance analysis, and risk mitigation for complex projects.

responsibilities:
- Provide Total Field Control by managing overall field costs, forecasting, and variance analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor, report, and control field activities to identify risks and opportunities proactively.
- Record, track, and maintain all field submissions regarding budget, progress, and change orders.
- Review and process daily Labor, Equipment, and Material (LEM) tickets for accurate cost and man-hour tracking.
- Interface with contractors to provide training and support for EcoSys LEM software.
- Verify that contractor rates and estimates are accurate and compliant with agreements.
- Collaborate with site inspectors to ensure documentation is accurate for reporting updates.
- Support Project Controls Advisors in the setup, receipt, and attestation of LEM data.
- Serve as a dedicated Field Cost Analyst for high-risk and high-complexity projects.
- Generate expenditure profiles, workforce histograms, and comparative capital cost estimates.
