A Planner Scheduler is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas in the Duluth, MN area. This role focuses on managing complex project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures through data analysis and stakeholder coordination to ensure the successful execution of construction and maintenance activities.

responsibilities:
- Provide logistics and scheduling technical support for project planning, procurement, development, construction, and maintenance.
- Adhere to enterprise scheduling standards, including the development and implementation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Update and revise project schedules using earned-value data and construction tracking information.
- Analyze schedule impacts on baseline plans and communicate performance issues to Project Managers.
- Ensure resource requirements are incorporated into schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage schedule performance indicators to track project health and progress.
- Create detailed what-if scenarios to communicate options and identify critical path elements for the project team.
- Coordinate internal projects and external activities with customers, partners, and consultants.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, reports, and schedule updates required for project completion.
- Interface with various stakeholders to gather timely information for accurate critical-path management.
