A Technical Documentation Coordinator is needed for a technology company that designs and manufactures connectors and sensors for several industries, such as automotive, industrial equipment, data communication systems, and more, in the Fairview, NC area. The technical documentation coordinator manages the administrative lifecycle of manufacturing builds by drafting, formatting, and maintaining technical specifications within a quality management system to ensure compliance and process efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing and process development teams by managing administrative aspects of manufacturing builds.
- Ensure technical documentation is properly drafted, formatted, and maintained within the Quality Management System.
- Format and publish technical documents, specifications, and work instructions following company and industry standards.
- Maintain proper document control within the QMS for all published materials.
- Collaborate with process engineers and subject matter experts to gather and update technical content.
- Support audits and compliance by ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and documentation processes.
- Support the digitization of manufacturing process documents.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to assist with project planning and execution.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements.
- Possess experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain familiarity with QMS platforms and document control best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Show expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Utilize experience with CAD drawings and modeling if applicable.
