This person needs to be willing to travel for projects until growing into a project leader. You will be responsible for maintaining project cost, scheduling and reporting to ensure timely delivery along with the overall execution of contract administration and RFP process. - Procurement & Award: Orchestrated the full RFP lifecycle, including detailed scope development and bid selection, ensuring optimal subcontractor alignment and contract integrity.
- Contract Administration: Managed downstream contract execution, overseeing RFIs, submittals, and change management while proactively implementing claims mitigation strategies.
- Project Controls: Streamlined cost reporting and schedule tracking to provide real-time visibility into field progress and financial health.
- Stakeholder Communication: Delivered comprehensive project status briefings on risks, cash flow, and scheduling to both internal corporate leadership and external stakeholders.
- Digital Innovation: Leveraged AI tools to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency across project management tasks.
