Top tier construction company and employer of choice is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to the Houston region. This person needs to be willing to travel for projects as needed, however this is primarily an office role. drive the success of our most critical construction ventures. This roles needs a strategic operator who can navigate the complexities of multi-project management, from initial site mobilization to final delivery. Will act as the primary lead of project efficiency, financial health, and subcontractor excellence. This is a fast-paced environment where autonomy is valued, and career advancement is supported by a robust pipeline of high-profile projects.

responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Spearhead daily operations for single or multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from site mobilization to final closeout.
- Contract Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders to ensure strict adherence to project scope and budget.
- Procurement & Bidding: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, from drafting detailed Scopes of Work and prequalifying bidders to final selection and award.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and status reporting, presenting key performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Logistics & Compliance: Oversee all required project permits and standardize material management processes, including inventory control and site logistics.
