A Planner Scheduler Lead is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas in the Duluth, MN area. This role requires a P.Eng, PMP, and Primavera P6 expertise to manage complex schedules and mentor cross-functional teams.

responsibilities:
- Operates as a subject matter expert in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges to recommend industry best practices.
- Solves highly complex problems by identifying innovative, broad-perspective solutions.
- Works independently to achieve objectives, receiving guidance only in exceptionally complex scenarios.
- Leads functional teams and project groups, providing clear direction and technical support.
- Teaches project controls theory to cross-functional departments within Major Projects.
- Troubleshoots specific project control issues and implements necessary systemic changes.
- Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy while assigning tasks to project personnel.
- Requires a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation and PMP certification.
- Requires 7-10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in construction or major projects.
