Top construction firm is looking to add an Assistant Construction Manager to the Bloomington, MN team. You will be the backbone of the project lifecycle, managing everything from the initial RFP process to final project close-out. The ideal candidate is a master of documentation, a champion of compliance, and a power user of project management software. Local travel to the project, dealing with client and lots of room to grow in this company.

responsibilities:
- Administer Contracts and Bids: Manage the RFP process, including developing packages, overseeing bidding and selection, and writing detailed scope of work documents.
- Process Contractor Documents: Handle all contractor submittals, requests for information, and design instructions.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that contractors follow all quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Execute Contract Changes: Manage contract execution, including change orders, invoice approvals, and schedule management.
- Support Project Accounting: Assist with project cost reporting, scheduling, and setting up and closing out projects in the accounting system.
- Develop Project Reports: Create and prepare various reports on project budgets, costs, cash flow, and overall status for stakeholders using Primavera P6 software
