A Project Manager is needed in the Santa Clara, CA area for an American corporation that supplies equipment, services and software for the manufacture of semiconductor chips for electronics, flat panel displays for computers, smartphones, televisions, and solar products. This role leads cross-functional SAP CRM and ECC initiatives, managing everything from requirement gathering and UAT to change management and global stakeholder alignment.

responsibilities:
- Leads the end-to-end lifecycle of business transformation projects within SAP CRM and ECC environments.
- Partners with business stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Coordinates activities between functional analysts, developers, and process owners across multiple SAP modules like SD, FI/CO, and MM.
- Manages project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
- Facilitates regular status meetings and maintains clear communication channels with global stakeholders.
- Oversees the creation of critical documentation, including business process flows and training materials.
- Directs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by managing test scripts, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Manages technical cutover activities, data conversion, and post-go-live support phases.
- Implements change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful business transitions.
- Identifies project risks early and develops formal mitigation plans to protect delivery timelines.
- strong understanding of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) and ECC integration points.
- Experience in managing cutover activities, data conversion, and post-go-live support.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on SAP CRM and ECC environments.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, MPP, and custom SharePoint applications.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
