A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Huntsville, AL area. The Construction Project Manager oversees large-scale ($100M+), high-complexity builds focusing on safety, scheduling, and vendor management to deliver critical infrastructure capacity.

responsibilities:
- Ensures project execution remains safe, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manages Type F Build, network, and retrofit project scopes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners, on-site contractors, and connectivity installers.
- Directs day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecomm Partners.
- Preserves business unit goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Acts as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and trade partners.
- Assists in creating project schedules and evaluating constructability.
- Escalates critical issues to Campus Construction and Facilities Operations management.
- Proven experience managing general contractors and trade partners.
- Field experience in commercial construction (Mission Critical, Oil, Gas, Chemical, or similar industries).
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with large-scale project delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably with large-scale projects ($100M+).
