A Project Manager is needed for a utility holding company in the Welch, MN area. This role manages the full end-to-end project lifecycle, taking total accountability for budget, timeline, and quality while leading cross-functional teams through effective communication and change management.

responsibilities:
- Manages the complete project lifecycle from initial definition through final implementation.
- Holds accountability for maintaining project scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards.
- Develops comprehensive project plans and actively drives the completion of key milestones.
- Establishes and executes effective communication strategies for team members and stakeholders.
- Provides daily direction and support to project resources to ensure team objectives are met.
- Leads and manages change control processes throughout the duration of the project.
- Prepares technical documentation and regular status reports for executive review.
- Facilitates negotiation and conflict resolution among project participants.
- Exercises expert judgment and decision-making to solve complex project issues.
- Utilizes expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to manage data and presentations.
- Ensures project teams have the necessary tools and environment to succeed.
- Coordinates cross-functional analysis to mitigate risks and ensure project health.
