Our client is seeking a Technical Spare Parts Associate to serve as a critical link between their manufacturing facility and customer base. You will act as the frontline expert helping customers identify, verify, and order the precise components needed to keep heating systems running. This role requires one year of technical customer service experience and a strong blend of mechanical intuition and professional communication.

responsibilities:
- Provide primary first line support of all parts related inquiries
- Utilize mechanical aptitude to guide customers through basic system configurations
- Translate technical field issues into actionable feedback for the Quality and Engineering teams to drive future product improvements.
- Proactively identify and resolve part number discrepancies within Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals and spare parts lists
- Maintain and update the spare parts database with new component entries and superseded part numbers.
- Facilitate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for warranty claims or part errors with high attention to detail.
- 1+ years industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, or Manufacturing)
- 1+ years' experience in a Technical Customer Service role
- strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both contractors and internal staff
- Foundational understanding of how mechanical systems work
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Proficient with Windows-based operating systems and ERP/database management.
