Our client is currently hiring an Electrical Drafter to handle complex design assignments and technical documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and revising electrical schematics, managing Bills of Materials (BOM), and ensuring all engineering drawings comply with strict industry specifications. With a focus on accuracy and timely delivery, you will support our engineering team through every phase of the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a drafter with at least three years of experience and a high proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling tools to join a results-driven environment.

responsibilities:
- Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision
- Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineers
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain all revisions of project drawings
- Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications
- Prepare engineering documents for customer submittal
- Associate's degree in computer-aided drafting and design, engineering technology or similar technical degree
- A minimum of two years' experience
- Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes and how it relates to design
- Ability to develop design layouts in 2D drawings (schematics)
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematic
- High proficiency in Solidworks Electrical
- Hands-on experience with 3D modeling tools such as Auto CAD and Inventor
- Autocad electrical experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic electrical design / function preferred
