An Electrical Engineer is needed for a utility holding company in the Maple Grove, MN area. A systems-focused engineer who manages the full lifecycle of product development from initial modeling and prototyping to final integration, safety evaluation, and root-cause failure analysis.

responsibilities:
- Executes the end-to-end design, modeling, and development of complex machines, structures, and systems.
- Establishes comprehensive functional requirements based on standard engineering principles.
- Creates digital simulations and physical prototypes to validate preliminary design concepts.
- Conducts rigorous testing on individual components and manages their integration into the final product.
- Monitors product quality and implements controls to optimize process efficiency.
- Evaluates the overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety of engineering designs.
- Investigates root causes of mechanical or systemic failures to drive continuous improvement.
- Recommends and implements design modifications to enhance system performance and quality.
