A Global Trade Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed. Remote work. This role ensures the legal and efficient global movement of products by managing complex shipping documentation, determining regulatory data attributes, and maintaining compliance with international trade laws and FDA medical device requirements.

responsibilities:
- Manages the movement of goods across borders while ensuring full compliance with local and international customs laws.
- Handles the preparation and auditing of essential shipping documents like Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Customs Declarations.
- Verifies shipment accuracy regarding value, country of origin, and quantity against regulatory standards.
- Acts as a central liaison between customers, manufacturing, finance, and legal teams to coordinate trade activities.
- Assigns and maintains Global Trade data attributes for new and existing products.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and legal counsel to interpret product data for trade classifications.
- Determines product eligibility under the US Trade Agreements Act for government sales.
- Maintains organized records of classification rationale and evidence for audit readiness.
- Oversees data quality within trade repositories and executes process improvements for the trade program.
- Operates as an independent contributor, exercising professional judgment with minimal daily supervision.
