Join a leading global manufacturing company in a critical role as a Production Supervisor in Grantsburg, WI. In this role you will assist with managing and improving the quality, cost, delivery, and safety of a production area. responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct team leads and distribute workload
- Coach, train, and develop team leads
- Implement lean manufacturing processes
- Perform staffing analysis to determine needs
- Collaborate with internal team members on new product launches
- Ensure quality standards are met and kept
- Promote and enforce safety standards
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an ISO 9001 environment
- Lean manufacturing & CNC machinery knowledge
