Leading Biotech Production Plant is in need of a Maintenance Lead to join their team. We are seeking candidates who have an advanced electro-mechanical & HVAC background ranging from 5 - 10+ years of experience preferably within the food, beverage, pharma or chemical industry. Candidates who have familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, and automation systems are highly desirable.

responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Prioritize and assign daily maintenance tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, contractors, production, and quality teams to support operational goals.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC compressors and liquid processing equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, heat exchangers).
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and LOTOTO procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track equipment history, and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, calibrations, and inspections.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to LOTOTO, PPE, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and demonstrating compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Participate in capital projects and equipment upgrades as needed.
