In this role you will lead complex, multi-trade projects within an energetic environment that prioritizes safety, ethics, and professional growth. responsibilities:
- Manages construction projects or assists senior management on large projects
- Manages the project's field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance
- Manages project coordination, scheduling and construction
- Leads subordinates as defined by leadership model and its operating principles
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a construction or mechanical engineering related discipline perferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction project management on construction projects, directly overseeing mechanical construction work
- Experience with data centers or healthcare facilities is a plus
