A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation. Remote work. This role requires 7-10 years of experience to oversee the end-to-end construction, commissioning, and financial management of mission-critical facility fit-outs and retrofits.

responsibilities:
- Take ownership of construction scopes, including retrofits of existing data halls and build-outs of new spaces.
- Oversee critical electrical, mechanical, and connectivity systems within mission-critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate project execution between contractors, landlords, consultants, and cross-functional partners.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM practices and Primavera P6 software.
- Manage the cost change process, negotiate pricing, and develop capital project budgets (ROM estimates).
- Oversee monthly CapEx forecasting and Work in Place (WIP) validations for invoicing.
- Facilitate interactions between contractors and third-party QA/QC teams to ensure handover conditions are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure reliable and predictable capacity delivery dates.
- Lead project closeout activities and ensure comprehensive documentation and turnover.
- Promote a high-standard safety culture and drive process efficiency through innovation and accountability.
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling practices and familiarity with Primavera P6 software.

- Functional in MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree and/or
- Minimum of 7-10 years professional experience in any combination of construction, operations, maintenance, and project planning.
