Seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a 60 year old industry leader and family business located in Pomona, California. This role will collaborate closely with team members to ensure that mechanical products are assembled within company standards. An ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience with experience as a mechanical assembler in a manufacturing environment where the final product was large. responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical equipment using hand tools
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, drawings and engineering instructions
- Document any kind of quality issues
- Work closely with internal staff on mechanical projects
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment working on large products
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
