We are seeking candidates that have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1+ year of experience in an electronics manufacturing quality role (PCB/repair). Candidates must have confident knowledge of inspection and analysis tools and methods (preferably in a computerized environment).

responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality requirements for PCB and repair processes
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and process data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform special testing, process capability studies, and measurement system / repeatability studies
- Support preparation and maintenance of inspection instructions and procedures for mechanical and cosmetic criteria
- Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI), including process readiness, quality planning, and training
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product and process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement activities (root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions)
- Recommend process and/or design improvements (Failure analysis methods, Corrective action recommendations,Material and component analysis).
- Support compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality system requirements
- Assist in meeting departmental goals and objectives as defined by the Quality Manager or Director
